We don’t have to wait any longer because XO, Kitty is now available to stream on Netflix! The teen series will surely be the talk of the town once people tune in and watch. We’ve watched the first season in its entirety, and it’s too good for it to end after only one season. So, we’re keeping our fingers crossed that Netflix renews the series for a second season.
XO, Kitty is a romantic dramedy created by Jenny Han. It’s a spin-off series to the popular To All the Boys films and centers around Lara Jean’s younger sister, Kitty Song Covey (Anna Cathcart), and her journey to find love.
The show takes place four years later, after the events that happened in To All the Boys: Always and Forever. Kitty is now 16 years old and in a long-distance relationship with her boyfriend, Dae. However, she’s tired of speaking to Dae on the phone and wants to see him in person. So, she convinces her parents to let her move halfway across the world to Korea to attend the same boarding school Dae attends. This boarding school is the same school Kitty’s late mother attended when she was her age. So Kitty hopes to not only reconnect with her boyfriend but also to learn more about her mom’s life while staying in Korea.
If you’ve already watched XO, Kitty, you’d know how amazing the soundtrack is. The show includes music from some of the most popular K-POP stars and groups. We’re talking BTS, Blackpink, Twice, Seventeen, etc. We just had to compile a list of all the songs featured in the teen series to share with you. Check it out below!
